Private Session Timeframes
To Start, five weekly sessions are recommended and a sixth session is included free. Clients then choose to continue with weekly, monthly or periodic sessions.
Adults
1 to 1.5 hours with the first session perhaps 2 hours.
Children
1 to 1.5 hours depending on the child and parent orientation.*
*Parents: It’s advisable for parents to have a private orientation (60 minutes) before the child’s first session in order to understand and experience the Brain Gym “balance” process and discuss their child’s strengths and needs. Parents should plan to accompany the child and to generally participate in the session.
All Clients
Please wear comfortable clothing and plan some quiet time following your session.
